ik heb een pakket besteld 11 februari en het is nu een maand verder maar ik heb niks ontvangen.
verder bel ik worden er allerei leugens verteld van nieuwe bezorg datums maar komt gewoon niet aan. vragen ze aan mij dat ik geduld moet hebben. nou meer dan dat kan je ook niet
Als ik de keuze krijg door iemand anders te laten bezorgen doe ik dat zeker.
als ik onder 1 ster kon geven had ik het zeker gedaan
transport is in iedergeval wat ze niet kunnen.
 Most bad delivery service I've experienced.
I have ordered a package February 11 and it is now a month later but I have not received anything.
furthermore I call all kinds of lies about new delivery dates but it just does not arrive. they ask me to be patient. well you can't do more than that
If I am given the choice to have someone else deliver, I will.
if I could give below 1 star I would certainly have done it
transport is in any case what they cannot do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ship a luggage from Italy to Eindhoven, shipment price 50euros. The luggage arrived ONE WEEK LATE and it was totally trashed: it was without the external protection plastic that was shipped with, it has been opened, the content trashed, the other small packages inside damaged and opened. Part of the content was small metal containers that arrived dented. One of them had a small hole and liquid leaked from it. During the 7 days of delay I called TNT several time, and they just invented a new excuse each time. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER AS TRASH
