Klantenservice is onbehoorlijk (schelden je uit schreeuwen tegen je en komen allemaal met verschillende excuses waarom je mag wachten)
Track & tracé informatie klopt ook in het geheel niets van!
Pay thousands of euros for express shipment, then you can wait 3 months and you still know nothing ...
Customer service is inadequate (scolding at you and all coming up with different excuses for why you are allowed to wait)
Track & trace information is also completely wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut der schlechteste Versanddienstleister den man sich vorstellen kann. TNT antwortet weder auf Mails noch auf Kontaktanfragen per Kontaktformular. Sendungen bleiben einfach in der Zollabfertigung liegen. Telefonische Anfragen sind gebührenpflichtig. Vorsicht also wenn man bei einem Versender bestellt, der über TNT liefert
Absolutely the worst shipping company you can imagine. TNT does not reply to e-mails or to contact inquiries via the contact form. Shipments simply remain in customs clearance. Telephone inquiries are chargeable. So be careful if you order from a shipper who delivers via TNT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogólnie polecam. Załadunek + dokumenty- 25min. Brak prysznica , ogólnie mały FedEx, ciężko gdzieś stanąć żeby się zameldować w biurze.
Overall I recommend it. Loading + documents - 25 minutes. No shower, small FedEx in general, hard to stand somewhere to check in at the office.
