★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoed zending vanaf 9,09 uur in de afleverwagen , maar niet geleverd en zag bij de tracking om 16.00 uur dat het een dag later zou worden.
De chauffeur had pech gehad ????
Urgent shipment from 9.09 am in the delivery truck, but not delivered and saw with the tracking at 4 pm that it would be a day later.
The driver had bad luck ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor 16:00 labels aanmaken , dan wordt de zelfde dag het pakket nog opgehaald, is wat Fedex verteld.
Nou ik wou voor 13:00 mn 2 pakketen aanmaken dus dat lijkt me ruim van te voren.
12:30 mijn eerste pakket aangemaakt, staat de bezorgen binnen 5 minuten al voor mn deur, prima dacht ik
Ik vertelde dat ik het wel heel snel vond, maar dat ik nog wel een 2e pakket aan wou maken, uiteraard voor 16:00 uur
Zegt meneer " ik ga niet 2 keer langs , ik heb een lange route te gaan"
Fedex dit kan toch niet???
als mijn buren (die niets van mijn pakketten afweten) een pakket aanmaken na 13:00 dan wordt het ook gewoon dezelfde dag opgehaald.

Daarnaast vind ik zulke uitspraken/opmerkingen na een klant toe ook bijzonder onklantvriendelijk,

Well I wanted to create 2 packages before 13:00 so that seems well in advance.
12:30 created my first package, the delivery will be in front of my door within 5 minutes, fine I thought
I told them that I found it very quickly, but that I still wanted to make a 2nd package, of course before 16:00

Fedex this is not possible right???
if my neighbors (who don't know anything about my packages) create a package after 13:00, it will also be picked up the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fedex sent me an invoice for custom tax AND their service regarding this tax and it is 23 eur when my goods cost 40 eur! Is it not to much for the service that i never asked for? No one gave me even a choice, just pay and that's it. I would better not have those goods delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery driver came by just to drop off the ''missed you'' notice. I called FedEx and after waiting 20 min (average wait time was supposedly 5min) the representative informed me the driver did ring and that is why he thought i was not home. She also informed me that they would not be able to deliver it today anymore and that the next delivery date would be the day after.
After informing them i would complain and the call ending, suddenly the driver had the time to show-up and make the delivery. This time, the doorbell magically worked...
