Never again with FedEx. If they need money then the contact is great, once you have paid you can whistle for a response to emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Express bedrijf zonder klantendienst en extreem onbetrouwbare transit naar USA.... terwijl het een US bedrijf is. De hoofdhub is in Parijs, waar de chaos sinds TNT & gilets jaunes heerst. Chaos, chaos, chaos. Pakken tot weken laten staan (structureel), één en al chaos.
Express company with no customer service and extremely unreliable transit to USA .... while a US company. The main hub is in Paris, where chaos has reigned since TNT & gilets jaunes. Chaos, chaos, chaos. Leaving suits standing for weeks (structurally), all chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are hardly words to express how painfully terrible the activity of working with FedEx is. Save yourself and ship with a different company. Do not enter the web of 'help' , do not expect efficiency, professionalism or even fulfillment of shipping. If you work for this company and are a descent human being, your life is better than Fed Ex and you don't deserve the bruise of association with such a terrible company.
