Onze service-medewerkers:
- Zullen geen afspraken maken voor service, onderhoud of montage indien een van de bewoners in de woning besmet is met het coronavirus of een van de verschijnselen heeft (keelpijn, hoesten en/of koorts). Onze medewerkers zullen hier pro-actief naar informeren.
- Zullen geen afspraak inplannen zolang er sprake is van een besmetting. Na circa een week nemen wij weer contact met u op om - als het kan - een nieuwe afspraak te maken. Uiteraard kunnen wij ook met u afspreken dat u zelf contact met ons opneemt zodra de situatie is verbeterd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service via de telefoon is goed. Vriendelijke monteurs en behulpzaam.
Alleen communicatie via mail de mail gaat niet altijd goed. Update = Na aanleiding van deze review is er vanuit Webcare snel gereageerd. Binnen één dag respons en is mijn probleem naar tevredenheid beantwoord.

 Service over the phone is good. Friendly fitters and helpful.
Communication via email alone does not always work well. Update = Following this review, Webcare responded quickly. Response within one day and my problem was answered satisfactorily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn ketel is defect, waardoor we geen warm water hebben thuis. Door de goede beoordelingen contact opgenomen met Feenstra. Nu blijkt dus dat ze alleen langs komen als je een contract hebt. Dat contract wil ik graag afsluiten, maar de wachttijd is 6 weken.... Zo goed is de service van Feenstra dus niet. Helaas voor deze gemiste kans.
My boiler is broken, so we have no hot water at home. Due to the good reviews I contacted Feenstra. Now it turns out that they only come by if you have a contract. I would like to conclude that contract, but the waiting time is 6 weeks.... So the service from Feenstra is not that good. Unfortunately for this missed opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zijn bij mij aan de deur geweest zonder afspraak te maken. Ik was niet thuis en tot mijn verbazing kreeg ik via de mail een werkbon toegestuurd. Met omschrijving ''klant niet thuis'' en de verreden KM's en een half uur werk. Ik heb hierover contact gezocht via e-mail om uitleg en nu inmiddels 5 weken later helemaal niks van hun vernomen!
Heel erg slordig dit.
- Geen afspraak maken
- Werkbon sturen
- Niets meer van zich laten horen
Came to my door without making an appointment. I was not at home and to my surprise I received a work order by email. With description ''customer not at home'' and the KM's driven and half an hour of work. I contacted them via e-mail for an explanation and now 5 weeks later I have not heard anything from them at all!
This is very sloppy.
- Don't make an appointment
- Send work order
- Not to be heard from again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, we bought a house and need to pay 1200 euros for an 8 year old CV. This CV has already been payed 4000 euros for. A new one like this would only cost about 2000 including installation. On top of that we had to calculate from the amounts of two different months they assumed the CV was only 6 years old, a bonus of 500 euros. Not a word of excuse. Lets assume it was a mistake but if you can't find the contract Feenstra can claim anything they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service- Feenstra Eindhoven . Next time before u have a contract with non- Dutch speaking customers make it explicit we don’t provide customer service in English . This morning I called for a problem with a CV kettle which is in contract with Feenstra and the response I got from the customer care was very bad and unethical that you don’t even listen to my call if cannot speak Dutch . What kind of service it is ? Worst than I ever expected . Didn’t think that I would go through this where usually I got good customer service from others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I just want to replace a radiator in my bathroom. How complicated should it be? Well, it's my second week of trying to arrange it, what a nightmare! I've made three attempts to contact a person responsible for it, and what I always get is: this person is not at his working place right now, he will call you back tomorrow. Guess what? Nobody ever called me back.
After a week of calling and calling to them, I got lucky and he spoke to me and even visited my house next day to make an assessment. He promised to send a quotation, but of course he never did. At this point I have to call every day again, so maybe after a few 'he will call you back' I eventually can get lucky again, get my quotation and even maybe somebody comes to do their work eventually?
Dear Feenstra, I'm so disappointed at this point. It feels disgusting to beg you so I can pay money and get such a poor service...
