★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas geen goede ervaring met dit bedrijf. Spullen telefonisch besteld die op voorraad zijn maar kan niet opgestuurd worden omdat het product een afwijkende maat heeft.. Ook kan het niet naar de verkooppunten verzonden worden. Dit moet dus afgehaald worden. Telefonisch gezegd dat dit dan de volgende werkdag opgehaald zou worden en er werd niet verteld dat dit niet mogelijk was. Sta ik daar de volgende dag (1 uur en 15 minuten rijden en oppas moeten regelen voor de kinderen). Word me verteld dat dit dinsdag pas klaar staat. Gevraagd of ze het niet toch klaar konden maken maar nee, ze zitten tot over hun oren in het werk.. Ik kom het toch ook niet voor niks halen omdat wij ook tot over onze oren in het werk zitten.. Dus voor niks 2,5 uur in de auto gezeten, BEDANKT..
Unfortunately not a good experience with this company. Items ordered by phone that are in stock but cannot be sent because the product has a different size. It can also not be sent to the points of sale. This must therefore be collected. By phone said that this would then be picked up the next working day and it was not said that this was not possible. I am there the next day (1 hour and 15 minutes drive and must arrange a babysitter for the children). I am told that this is only ready on Tuesday. Asked if they could not prepare it anyway but no, they are up to their ears in the work .. I will not come for nothing because we are up to our ears in the work .. So for nothing 2, 5 hours in the car, THANKS ..
