★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let op mensen, ga hier niet om 16.30 uur naar toe, terwijl je nog niet zeker bent over welke kleur tex je gaat nemen. Je wordt namelijk de deur uitgekeken, er wordt op de klok/horloge gekeken en er op attent gemaakt (om 16.40 !!) dat ze om 17 uur gaan sluiten! Wat een waardeloze klantgerichtheid. Wat verschrikkelijk hè, als het 17.05 zou worden voordat ik daar weg ben. Op de vraag of we wat kleuradvies konden krijgen werd tot 3 keer toe niet ingegaan. We wilden een waaier! Dan hadden we thuis kunnen kijken en was je allang van ons af geweest, die lastige klanten die zo laat nog binnen komen. Hoe durven ze !? Uiteindelijk viel het kwartje en werd er een waaier voor ons neergekwakt (duidelijk geïrriteerd) door de boze mevrouw.
Als je geen particuliere klanten wil, zeg dat dan gewoon!
1 ster is er één teveel. Puur beoordeeld op service en klantgerichtheid.
Wij gaan er niet meer naar toe.
Attention folks, don't go here at 4:30pm while you're not sure what color tex you're going to take. You are in fact looked out the door, the clock/watch is looked at and it is pointed out (at 4.40 pm !!) that they will close at 5 pm! What lousy customer service. How terrible, isn't it, if it would be 5:05 PM before I'm out of there. The question whether we could get some color advice was not answered 3 times. We wanted a fan! Then we could have looked at home and you would have been rid of us long ago, those difficult customers who come in so late. How dare they!? Finally the penny dropped and a fan was thrown down in front of us (obviously irritated) by the angry lady.
If you don't want private customers, just say so!
1 star is one too many. Purely judged on service and customer focus.
We don't go there anymore.
