E	Erik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen zaterdag mijn verjaardag hier gevierd. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd, en vele extra's. Nootjes op tafel, stokbrood en salade vooraf en leuke vuurkorf op terras, alle dames een fles wijn vanwege 25 jarig jubileum. Ook de glutenvrije pizza ( zelf meegebracht) was prima verzorgd. Schone toiletten, aandacht voor gehandicapte. Prima service met een smile. Celebrated my birthday here last Saturday. Taken down to the last detail, and many extras. Nuts on the table, baguette and salad in advance and nice fire pit on the terrace, all ladies a bottle of wine because of the 25th anniversary. The gluten-free pizza (bring your own) was also well taken care of. Clean toilets, attention to disabled people. Excellent service with a smile.

Helaas wel ruim 20 min. later dan de bestelde en bevestigde tijd. Dát is een te groot verschil en kán best nog wat adequater. Bijv. met een melding dat het wat later wordt i.p.v. vlak voor aflevering de mail dat het 'onderweg' is. Excellent/tasty shawarma meal delivered after online order. Nice and hot too. Price & quality in order. Unfortunately, more than 20 minutes later than the ordered and confirmed time. That is too big a difference and could be a little more adequate. E.g. with a notification that it will be a little later instead of the email just before delivery that it is 'on its way'.

Even later heb ik een mail ontvangen met hierin het bericht dat het eten pas 19:30 klaar is, 70 minuten later. Vandaar even gebeld om dit na te vragen, helaas ben ik zeer onklantvriendelijk door jullie te woord gestaan met de reactie: “Wat denk je zelf? Dat dit binnen 20 minuten klaar is?” Als het druk is heb ik hier alle begrip voor, maar geef deze optie dan niet aan op jullie website als jullie het überhaupt niet kunnen waarmaken? Tevens vind ik 70 minuten later echt wel het uiterste!? Als ik deze mail niet had gezien stond ik een uur te vroeg bij jullie op de stoep? Er ontstaat op deze manier een miscommunicatie naar de klant, maar de persoon aan de telefoon gaf zelf aan dit totaal niet te begrijpen. Een excuses of op z’n minst begrip was ver te zoeken. De bestelling was al betaald, wanneer ik van te voren wist dat mijn bestelling 1 uur en 10 minuten later kwam had ik graag de keuze gehad om ergens anders wat te bestellen. Jammer! Online order placed at 18:20 with the choice indicated by you to pick it up at 18:40. A little later I received an email with the message that the food is not ready until 19:30, 70 minutes later. Hence I called to inquire, unfortunately I was spoken to in a very uncustomer-friendly manner by you with the response: “What do you think? That this will be ready in 20 minutes?” When it's busy I fully understand this, but don't indicate this option on your website if you can't live up to it at all? I also think 70 minutes later is really the extreme!? If I hadn't seen this email, I would have been on your doorstep an hour early? This creates a miscommunication to the customer, but the person on the phone indicated that he did not understand this at all. An apology or at least understanding was nowhere to be found. The order had already been paid, if I knew in advance that my order would arrive 1 hour and 10 minutes later, I would have liked to have had the choice to order something else. Unfortunate!

R	Robert Nowak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is fair grade because i cant give you more stars for pizza sorry maybe next time will be better and i could change my opinion. Its not bad but when i could compare this pizzas to other restaurants i just ate more better in a lot of places. Prices are okay. I will be back soon :)
