H	Heiko Geilhausen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holland Urlaub ohne Wohlfühleffekt (Haus Sonnenblick) Reisezeit 11.09.2021 - 22.09.2021 Das im Rahmen der Nachbarschaftshilfe von der Familie Nölle angebotene Ferienhaus Sonnenblick entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Angefangen bei der Küche, da fehlte es schon an Einzelheiten wie zum Beispiel einer Salatschüssel, alte abgewohnte Möbel , in einzelnen Räumen Rumpelkammer Flair. Kein Grill . Keine einladenden Gartenmöbel. Kein Hygiene Konzept. Defekte Whirlpool Badewanne. Keine normalen TV Sender kein Holz für den Kamin. In unserer Reisezeit Schwimmbad geschlossen und das Kaffee wurde abgerissen. Baustellenlärm überall auf der Anlage. Neubauten und gegenüber im Ferienhaus Renovierungsarbeiten. Das war ein nicht ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub wie in der Beschreibung Zugesagt wurde. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend. Holland vacation without a feeling of wellbeing (Haus Sonnenblick) Travel time 11.09.2021 - 22.09.2021 The Sonnenblick holiday home offered by the Nölle family as part of the neighborhood help did not meet our expectations at all. Starting with the kitchen, there was a lack of details such as a salad bowl, old worn-out furniture, lumber room flair in some rooms. No grill. Not welcoming Garden furniture. No hygiene concept. Broken whirlpool bathtub. No normal TV channels no wood for the fireplace. In our travel time the swimming pool was closed and the coffee was torn off. Construction site noise everywhere on the facility. New buildings and renovation work in the holiday home opposite. That was not a quiet and relaxing vacation as promised in the description. All in all very disappointing.
M	Martina Mu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Anfang Juli mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind im Ferienhaus Nölle (Haus Sonnenschein). Schon im Vorfeld lief alles bestens. Der Vermieter Herr Nölle hat sehr schnell geantwortet, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gemütlich, (medien-)technisch auf dem neuesten Stand und besonders auch in der Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Unter anderem gut gefallen haben uns das geräumige Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und Regendusche, die geschützte Veranda mit den schönen und bequemen neuen Gartenmöbeln, der "Fuhrpark", die hauseigene Strandkabine, die vollständige Baby- und Kleinkindausstattung. Im Ferienpark befinden sich außerdem zur freien Benutzung ein Außenschwimmbad mit Babybecken. Im Ferienpark war es angenehm ruhig und sauber. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 km. Wir haben uns hier alle!! sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. We were at the beginning of July with 6 adults and a toddler in Ferienhaus Nölle (Haus Sonnenschein). Everything went well in advance. The landlord, Mr. Nölle, responded very quickly, was very friendly and helpful. The holiday home was very comfortable, (media) technology up to date and, especially in the kitchen, equipped with everything your heart desires. Among other things, we really liked the spacious bathroom with double washbasin and rain shower, the sheltered veranda with the beautiful and comfortable new garden furniture, the "vehicle pool", the in-house beach cabin, the complete baby and toddler equipment. The holiday park also has an outdoor swimming pool with a baby pool for free use. It was pleasantly quiet and clean in the holiday park. It is approx. 5 km to the beach. We have each other here !! felt very comfortable and can warmly recommend the holiday home. We would love to come back.

Es wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Der Ferienpark ist sehr schön angelegt und in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Nölle war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen :) We stayed in the Nölle family's Sunshine holiday home in mid-August. The house is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. It was handed over to us very cleanly. The holiday park is very nicely laid out and there is a lot to do in the area. Communication with the Nölle family was very friendly. We can only recommend the house :)

Seid einigen Jahren fahren wir schon nach Sint Maarten in das Ferienhauser der Familie Nölle und wir hatten uns entschlossen, dies Jahr das neue Ferienhaus auszuprobieren. Ich muss sagen, wir sind völlig begeistert. Alles ist perfekt. Aus dem Schlafzimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in Wiesen und Felder, das Haus ist auf's Beste eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sicher ist: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf. My husband and I stayed from 01.02. - 08.02. Guest of the Nölle family. We have been going to the Nölle family's holiday home in Sint Maarten for a few years and we decided to try the new holiday home this year. I have to say that we are absolutely thrilled. Everything is perfect. From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of meadows and fields, the house is well furnished, nothing is missing. One thing is certain: we will be back next year and are already looking forward to it.
C	Christine Stanetschek-Wilhelm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 6 Personen (vom Kleinkind bis zur Oma ?) zum Jahresende eine Woche im Haus Weitblick. Die Einrichtung in allen Räumen, die mediale und technische Ausstattung verdienen die 5 Sterne voll. Man findet ein tolles, sauberes Feriendomizil vor, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlen und gar heimisch fühlen kann. Dieses war insofern besonders wichtig, da wir aufgrund des Lockdowns in NL zu dieser Zeit keine großen Unternehmungen machen konnten. Dafür war für UNS das Programm "ZUHAUSE" vom kochen, gemeinsamen Essen, Spielerunden, gemütliche Lesestunden, Filmabende... in diesem wohnlichen Ambiente und bei den entsprechenden medialen Möglichkeiten besonders wichtig. Wer es braucht - es sind Spiele und Bücher sowie umfassendes Infomaterial vor Ort. Der Strand war uns jeden Tag für Spaziergänge sicher und die Kinder konnten mit entsprechender Bekleidung trotzdem ausgiebig "buddeln". Die Autofahrt dorthin ist mit 5 km kein großer Aufwand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Herrn Nölle ist wirklich vorbildlich. Es gibt schon vorab ein umfangreiches Infopaket. Bei allen Fragen ist eine direkte Rückmeldung garantiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft anderen Menschen nur wärmsten empfehlen! We were with 6 people (from toddlers to grandmothers ?) at the end of the year for a week in Haus Weitblick. The furnishings in all rooms, the media and technical equipment fully deserve the 5 stars. You will find a great, clean holiday home in which you can immediately feel comfortable and even feel at home. This was particularly important as we couldn't do any big ventures at that time due to the lockdown in NL. For US, the "AT HOME" program of cooking, eating together, playing games, cozy reading hours, film evenings ... in this homely atmosphere and with the corresponding media options was particularly important. Who needs it - there are games and books as well as extensive information material on site. The beach was safe for us for walks every day and the children could still "dig" with appropriate clothing. The 5 km drive there is not much of a hassle. The communication with the landlord Mr. Nölle is really exemplary. There is an extensive information package in advance. Direct feedback is guaranteed for all questions. We can only warmly recommend this accommodation to other people!
F	Fam Saspri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir als Familie (zwei Kinder 9 und 14) haben das Ferienhaus Sonnenschein über Weihnachten und Silvester genießen dürfen. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit konnten wir die vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgiebig genießen. Die nicht weit entfernten Strände (im Sommer mit dem Fahrrad sicher einfach zu erreichen) sind traumhaft und die umliegenden Städte laden zu Ausflügen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Nölle ist einfach und problemlos. Auch ganz kurzfristig konnten wir z.B. die sehr gepflegten Fahrräder noch nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder um die schöne Gegend und das Ferienhaus auch mal im Außenbereich (wunderschöne Terrasse) genießen zu können! We as a family (two children 9 and 14) were able to enjoy the sunshine holiday home over Christmas and New Year's Eve. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and comfortable. Especially in the cold season we were able to extensively enjoy the many amenities. The beaches that are not far away (easy to reach by bike in summer) are fantastic and the surrounding towns invite you to go on excursions. Communication with Mr. Nölle is easy and hassle-free. Even at very short notice we were able to use the very well-kept bicycles, for example. We would love to come back to be able to enjoy the beautiful area and the holiday home outside (beautiful terrace)!

Die Ausstattung entspricht eher einem privat genutzten Haus als einem vermieteten Ferienhaus. Die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich. Es bietet sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Strand oder in die umliegenden Städte an. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung ist einfach und professionell. Ich denke in dieser Gegend findet man kaum ein schöneres Ferienhaus. The house is very high quality and fully equipped and is very quiet. The equipment corresponds more to a privately used house than a rented holiday home. The cleanliness is exemplary. It is an ideal starting point for trips to the beach or to the surrounding towns. The host is very friendly and the process is easy and professional. I think in this area you will hardly find a nicer holiday home.
