★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je wordt goed begeleid. Is je houding niet goed dan wordt je gecorrigeerd. Leuk concept en van minimaal twee keer in de week sporten heeft het al resultaat. Makkelijk een half uur in te plannen in een drukke agenda.
You are well guided. If your posture is not right, you will be corrected. Nice concept and exercising at least twice a week already has results. Easy to schedule half an hour in a busy agenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vond 'fitness' nooit leuk omdat je vaak een uur bezig bent maar de helft van de tijd 'pauze' hebt of moest wachten tot anderen klaar zijn. Hier is dat anders, wanneer je in het 'biocircuit' zit ben je continue bezig en daardoor ben je effectief binnen 30 minuten klaar. Aanrader om eens te proberen!
I never liked 'fitness' because you are often busy for an hour but have a 'break' half the time or have to wait for others to finish. Here it is different, when you are in the 'biocircuit' you are continuously busy and therefore you are effectively ready within 30 minutes. Recommended to try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fespo is een mooie sportschool. Het biocircuit is een mooi concept. Aangezien Fespo klein is krijg je ook veel persoonlijke aandacht en als je zelfs wilt kan je ook meerdere keren per week gaan trainen/sporten.
Voor het biocircuit kan je al met 1 inlog via je telefoon of pasje gaan sporten. Na 1 inlog worden de apparaten om de juiste instellingen gezet die voor jou zijn ingesteld.
Fespo is a nice gym. The biocircuit is a great concept. Since Fespo is small, you also get a lot of personal attention and if you want you can also train/sport several times a week.
For the biocircuit you can already start exercising with 1 login via your phone or pass. After 1 login, the devices are set to the correct settings that have been set for you.
