We sell what we love
Over FestenIn 2010 zijn wij de winkel begonnen die wij als inwoners van Maastricht misten. Afgaand op ons gevoel, ons niet gek laten maken door trends en opvliegingen en dat verkopen wat wij mooi vinden is wat onze winkel maakt tot wat hij nu is. Dus geen vaststaand ‘concept’ en geen regels waar we ons aan houden, maar gewoon dat doen wat goed voelt, gewoon omdat t kan.
Teveel om op te noemen in ons assortiment dat wel heel veel wisselt… om het spannend te houden, omdat er zoveel moois is waar we onze klanten kennis mee willen laten maken en omdat wij van verandering houden!
De producten die je in onze webshop kunt vinden vormen maar een klein deel van onze collectie in onze winkel in Maastricht. Maar het vormt, vinden wij, een mooi geheel in de virtuele wereld. En bij ons is veel mogelijk: stuur ons een mailtje met je wensen en we komen er zeker uit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store which offers something different than your average run of the mill interior accessory/gadget/trinket shops. Minor issue is the fact that they don't seem to update their collection a lot which makes Mr not go back that often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a specific reason during a morning on a week day (which means store was empty, apart from another couple of costumers). The lady working was cleaning the shop and didn't bother once to ask if I needed help. So I had to wonder around it in order to try to find what I specifically was looking for until I quit. She never bothered once stop with the cleaning and came to see if we needed any help (which obviously I did). So I left. And so did the other couple. And so she kept herself cleaning, which makes lot of sense (not).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While you buy stuff, very nice, but if you need a decent customer service.... not nice at all! We bought a paper watch and at the first used we discovered that the time was changed at the contact with the sleves of the shirt, therefore wrongly designed and useless. We asked for the money back and the lady at the counter treated us very badly, like we were trying to cheat them or something like that, and with sentences like "what did you expect from a cheap watch?". Finally she gave us a voucher for the value to be spent in 2 weeks. We spent it very quickly and will try hard not to come back.
