Studio with lack of structure, a lot of turnover, employees coming and going on a regular basis (some of them even quit Fgstijl within the first 30 days), tons of unpaid extra hours, impossible to propose new ideas, solutions or simply tell what you think. They aren't at all open for any kind of 360 reviews. In general is a constant of being told by the boss how bad the work you accomplish is bad, and blaming everyone else for delays that they don't have any control over. The motivation, inspiration, and happiness quickly drops on this studio from the time you start working there and understand the reality behind beautiful images and fake smiles.
Could improve if they genuinely would open for any kind of feedback, and would be able to change their harsh, and confrontational behavior. In general "be more a Leader, less a Boss"... capable to inspire, connect, and bring authentic smiles to the ones who are the whole workforce of this studio.
