★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached them with help regarding my M-form and getting a tax deduction based on study costs. From the beginning they were extremely unresponsive. I had to call and email multiple times to try to get any updates on the process and remind them of deadlines. They were almost never reachable via email or phone. The only time they were quick to respond was when it came time to collect payment for themselves. In the middle of the process, it turns out that Jan-Willem left the business and my case was handed over to Kaj. He in turn went completely missing and it was only after I got in touch directly with the Belastingdienst and told them about it that he finally got back to me. He apologised and said he had a whole bunch of personal stuff he was dealing with and that's why he was not available and assured me that he would take care of the appeal that needed to be filed in my case. I sent him multiple emails asking for an update but there was no response. I finally get a letter from the Belastingdienst saying I am not going to get my tax deduction and on calling them, I find out that he FORGOT to file the appeal in my case. I have now missed out on a fair process of evaluation due to this man's incompetence. Never once in the entire process did they say that they cannot handle this and that I should probably go to someone else. Absolutely unbelievable. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE tax advisor service I have ever come across and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM to anyone that actually needs help.
