★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acadium Bastion noemt zich een hypotheekadviseur, maar gedraagt zich als tussenpersoon. Zeker voor de 'normale' burger zijn ze onbenaderbaar. Beloftes worden niet nagekomen, medewerkers zijn onbereikbaar omdat ze in eindeloos in overleg zijn. U wordt teruggebeld...een zin die ik 50 keer gehoord heb en het gebeurt niet. Door dit gedrag van Acadium lopen simpele zaken uit tot maandenlange procedures. Dit is geen eenmalige indruk, maar het resultaat van jarenlang klant te zijn/geweest. Kortom, ik zou Acadium Bastion met plezier aanraden aan mijn ergste vijand.
Acadium Bastion calls itself a mortgage adviser, but acts as an intermediary. Certainly for the 'normal' citizen they are inaccessible. Promises are not kept, employees are unreachable because they are in endless consultation. You will be called back ... a sentence I have heard 50 times and it does not happen. Because of this behavior of Acadium, simple matters run into months of proceedings. This is not a one-off impression, but the result of years of being a customer. In short, I would gladly recommend Acadium Bastion to my worst enemy.
