Nachtrag: Vor 2 Jahren habe ich die 5 Sterne Bewertung für die Augenoptik abgegeben, daran hat sich bei meinen letzten Besuchen auch nichts verändert. Was jetzt neu aber auch 5 Sterne von mir erhält, ist die Hörakustik. Hier war ich ebenfalls voll zufrieden, kann ich nur empfehlen! great, competent advice! I'd love to come back!! Addendum: 2 years ago I gave the 5 star rating for the ophthalmic optics, and nothing has changed on my last visits. What is new but also gets 5 stars from me is the hearing aids. I was also completely satisfied here, I can only recommend it!

Trotzdem bat man uns doch um 16 Uhr wieder zukommen. Beim erneuten Eintreffen stand diesmal eine längere Schlange vor dem Fielmann Eingang. Als wir an der Reihe waren, wurde bei meiner Frau ein allumfassender Sehtest durchgeführt von einem sehr freundlichen und sehr kompetenten Mitarbeiter der seinen Job total gewissenhaft ausführte. Auch die kostenlose Reparatur meiner Brille sowie der freundliche und entgegenkommenden Umgangston des Mitarbeiters sind hier zu würdigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Fielmann-Filiale allerwärmstens empfehlen. We had an appointment at 4 p.m. last Monday. We got there about 20 minutes beforehand and the shop wasn't busy. Nevertheless we were asked to come back at 4 p.m. When we arrived again this time there was a long queue in front of the Fielmann entrance. When it was our turn, a comprehensive eye test was carried out on my wife by a very friendly and very competent employee who carried out his job very conscientiously. The free repair of my glasses as well as the friendly and accommodating tone of the employee should also be appreciated here. We would love to come back and can warmly recommend this Fielmann branch.
