★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren de Speed Wax gekocht bij de Action van Fiets-o-fit.
Vervolgens dit spul uitgeprobeerd zoals het aangegeven staat op het etiket.
Het resultaat is alleen niet zo best, i.p.v. glans is het een matte kleur geworden.
Dezelfde dag nog met de klantenservice gebeld en ze gingen de "Producent" hierover informeren.
Volgende dag werd ik opgebeld dat het met Commandant eraf zou moeten gaan.
De kosten hiervan werd wel vergoed.
Toen ik later een email schreef dat het er met dit spul ook niet af ging en ik dus een klacht wou indienen werd niet zo op prijs gesteld.
Ik was ook volgens het personeel de enigste die een klacht over dit product had.
De "baas" begon zelfs met hoger stemvolume tegen mij te praten en hij begon zelfs te schreeuwen tegen mij.
Als ik problemen met hun product had moest ik maar een rechtzaak tegen hun beginnen.
Verder werd er niets meer voor mij gedaan en werd inneens de telefoon opgehangen.
Ik raad de Speed wax dus ook niet aan, en het personeel van dit bedrijf ook niet.
Mijn manier van spreken is heel netjes gebleven en ik word dus niet netjes terug geholpen.
Yesterday I bought the Speed Wax at the Fiets-o-fit Action.
Then try this stuff as it is indicated on the label.
The result is not that good, instead of gloss it has become a matte color.
Called customer service the same day and they informed the "Producer" about this.
Next day I was called that it should go off with Commander.
The costs of this were reimbursed.
When I later wrote an email that it did not go away with this stuff and so I wanted to make a complaint was not so appreciated.
I was also the only one who had a complaint about this product, according to the staff.
The "boss" even started talking to me with a higher voice volume and he even started yelling at me.
If I had problems with their product, I had to go to court against them.
Furthermore, nothing was done for me anymore and the telephone was hung up.
I therefore do not recommend the Speed wax, and neither does the staff of this company.
My way of speaking has remained very neat and I am not being helped back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goeden dag. Tot 2 keer toe een DING DONG bel gekocht bij de action. Nu blijkt, dat het schroefdraad waar je de bel mee vastzet , te groot is voor het boutje. En je dus de bel niet kunt vastzetten op het stuur. Wel netjes geholpen door de action maar weet ook dat hun niets kunnen doen aan dit ondeugdelijk product. Misschien dat FIETS O FIT MIJ een goede deugdelijke bel kan bezorgen????
Good day. Bought a DING DONG bell twice at the action. Now it appears that the screw thread with which you fix the bell is too big for the bolt. And so you can not fix the bell on the handlebar. Well helped by the action but also know that they can do nothing about this faulty product. Maybe BIKE O FIT ME can give me a good sound bell ????
