dit is al de zoveelste keer.. De mensen die hier werken hebben duidelijk andere prioriteiten dan op tijd beginnen met werken. Volgens de NS website moet deze stalling al om 04.55 uur geopend zijn??
Ik ga een officiële klacht indienen bij NS.
Are you standing in front of a closed door with your bike at 6.10 am....
this is the umpteenth time.. The people who work here clearly have other priorities than starting work on time. According to the NS website, this storage should be open at 4.55 am??
I am going to file an official complaint with NS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I doubled locked my bike and chained it into the rack here with a sturdy axa lock, but it was stolen today.
To get the bike from the 3rd floor you would have to carry it by the manned hire desk, which I'm sure would raise suspicion, but not only did he not see anything he laughed as I asked him about it.
DON'T RISK LEAVING YOUR BIKE HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their only card machine was out of order, I had no cash on me to pay for the parking to get my bike, which was my only way home. I knew the machine was broken beforehand so I looked around for an atm but the Hague's banking system seemed to be experiencing a technical problem. All out of order. I have a damaged ankle - which was obvious - and the attendant suggested I wonder around and find money. I asked if he would be open for longer and he said no. I bargained with him and looked online for ways to pay or get an abonement but he rejected everything. I understand that it's not the attendant's fault that the machine was out of order, but if you offer no way to pay then the person who manages the facility needs to make a plan - and perhaps consider letting people go without paying in such circumstances.
