★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren tevreden klant. Helaas afgelopen week minder tevreden. Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig (terwijl de fietsen vooraf gereserveerd waren en ik ook de tijd van de boot doorgegeven had), waardoor we hebben moeten wachten zodat we gebruik konden maken van hun bagage service.
Daarnaast hadden twee fietsen schakel problemen (versnelling 4,5 en 6 deden het niet) en van een andere fiets was de zadelpen afgebroken toen we aan het fietsen waren. Hierdoor zijn we midden in het bos gestrand. Tijs Knop was ook ruim een uur niet bereikbaar, dit was extra vervelend omdat we een kleine baby bij ons hadden. Uiteindelijk is dit opgelost, maar het vertrouwen in Tijs Knop is zeer gedaald.
 Satisfied customer for years. Unfortunately last week less satisfied. No one was present on arrival (while the bikes had been reserved in advance and I had also passed on the time of the boat), so we had to wait so that we could use their luggage service.
In addition, two bicycles had shifting problems (gear 4.5 and 6 did not work) and the seatpost of another bicycle had broken off when we were cycling. This left us stranded in the middle of the forest. Tijs Knop was also unreachable for over an hour, which was extra annoying because we had a small baby with us. This was eventually resolved, but confidence in Tijs Knop has fallen sharply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima bakfiets met elektra-ondersteuning gehuurd. Toen ik onverhoopt de fiets niet kon terugbrengen in verband met een ziek kind, heeft het bedrijf deze kosteloos opgehaald op het vakantie-adres. Kortom, uitstekende service.
Rented a great cargo bike with electric support. When I was unexpectedly unable to return the bike due to a sick child, the company collected it free of charge at the holiday address. In short, excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely inflexible & bad service. Gives by default expensive option and isn't willing to rent out half days. Personnel doesn't know what service is and is trying to squeeze as much as possible out of ignorant tourists.
