Vakkennis met passie en beleving voor de wielersport.
Leveranciers (waar ze van afhankelijk zijn, laat hun in de kou staan) daar kan Marc en team niets aan doen, zij zijn top.
Kom er graag en adviseer hun ook als men vraagt of ik nog een goede fietsenzaak weet.
Petje af in deze tijd waar toelevering een dik probleem is voor veel tweewieler zaken.

Suppliers (on which they depend, leave them out in the cold) Marc and team can't help that, they are top notch.
I like to come there and also advise them if they ask if I know a good bicycle shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. I was looking for a replacement tyre as the Brompton tyre I had punctured 3 times in a week on a cycle tour beside the Rhine. They had a Schwalbe Marathon Plus in stock which I had concerns about as I had tried to fit a tyre like this to a road bike a year earlier and could only do this with the aid of toestraps to hold the tyre. However this tyre seemed to be less solid and I managed to fit the tyre in the evening without having to use tyre levers so thanks to the shop for their advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the shop and, asked them if they have Brompton electric with a high handlebar. The person on the phone went to check and after he came back, he replied: "yes we do have it". So, I drove there for 45 minutes, when I arrived there the other person in the shop replied: "we don't have it", I said: "but I called and they told me you have it" and the guy replied: "you didn't talk to me, we don't have and goodbye".
I needed to drive home empty-handed, offended, frustrated. They could do a better job of both checking their stocks and, apologizing for their mistake.
