FIGHT BECK is een effectieve zelfverdedigingsfilosofie die Krav Maga en andere Martial Arts combineert.
In maart 2019 hebben we ons eigen sportcentrum geopend in hartje Amsterdam. Ons doel is zoveel mogelijk vrouwen en kinderen weerbaarder maken, zodat ze met een veilig en zelfverzekerd gevoel door het leven kunnen gaan. Naast onze zelfverdediging lessen, kun je bij ons ook terecht voor kwalitatieve personal training. Ook vind je bij ons diverse ondernemers die actief zijn in de massage, health en beauty industrie.

I enjoy going to my personal training classes. He listens to your physical complaint and comes up with appropriate training. After 3 months of training I am rid of years of neck complaints. Shimi goes the extra mile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much recommend this Krav Maga class to every girl and woman in or around Amsterdam. Not only will your fitness increase significantly but you will also get to know your own strength and will learn how to defend yourself. The classes are held in dutch or english and you either practice with a partner or a dummy. Don't worry if you do not have any experiences with martial arts yet as with Fight Beck you can also start from scratch and you will see quick progress very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have trained for the first time in my life Krav Maga - Self defense with Shimi as instructor. I move out so I had to stop, now I am back in Amsterdan and the first thing that came to my mind was training again with him.
This time he is giving me personal training lessons. I completely recomend both, krav maga and personal training.
Shimi has a very extensive knowledge and always adapts to your goals or capacities. He is a very good person, professional, respectful and fun! I really enjoy having him as instructor, he makes the workouts not boring at all.
The center is very clean and you can see he takes good care of it.
I totally recommend it, and if you are not sure, just try one lesson. Only after you try you can decide if you like it or not. That is what I did :)
