En als je een vraag stelt aan hun medewekers wordt er meestal gewoon genegeerd er staat dan wel erbij gelezen er wordt gewoon niet gelezen vooral medewerker Melvin, al hoe wel medewerker/beheerder Jordy wel reageert vaak. Ook zijn ze vaak kortaf als je een vraag hebt raad ik je aan om te bellen. Voorderest goede website en is het best een oke host maar nog wel een aantal punten om te verbeteren... Vraag je je geld terug, voordat de dienst geleverd is, zeggen ze nadat ze hun foutjes hebben verdoezeld dat ze zich aan hun eigen AV moeten houden (waarin ze zich vrijwaren van elke mogelijke fout) en mijn geld niet terug willen geven. Wil je je geld terug krijg je dat niet! Het bedrag kon als saldo terug worden geschreven op onze klanten panel maar we willen geen product meer van dit bedrijf!! Dus we hebben on hun oplossing helemaal niks!! Zettten ze netjes je product stop en vervolgens zonder je toestemming weer actief terwel ik het product niet gebruik. het enige wat deze jongen wil. Is zijn geld per direct terug maar op support tickets word niet gereageerd en op de chat word je. Geblokkeerd wanneer het te heet word onder hen poten!! AL bij al de meest belangrijke advies denk eerst 3 keer goed na voordat je bij deze bedrijf iets wilt af nemen ze leveren diensten die ze niet mogen leveren en ze leveren totaal geen support zoals ze wel adverteren!! Servers die onterecht geannuleerd worden, servers die om de dag worden gereboot zonder dat hierom gevraagd word, schijven die crashen waardoor je alles kwijt bent, back ups die wel gemaakt kunnen worden maar niet terug gezet kunnen worden. Al met al het slechtste hosting bedrijf dat er is. Ook support blijken ze moeilijk te vinden en vaak kan je makkelijk 10 dagen op een reactie wachten. sincerely never had so much hassle with a hosting company. Servers that are incorrectly canceled, servers that are rebooted every other day without being asked, disks that crash so that you lose everything, backups that can be made but cannot be restored. All in all, the worst hosting company there is. They also seem to find support difficult and often you can easily wait 10 days for a response.

Had de server opgezet, maar ik kreeg de melding dat het IP adres van de VPS op de blacklist staat. Ik heb via livechat contact gezocht met een medewerker, die binnen 1 minuut antwoorde. Hij gaf uitleg over hoe dit komt en heeft het binnen 30 minuten voor mij opgelost. Op dit moment loopt alles goed. Ook vind ik het een pluspunt dat je gewoon met iDeal kunt betalen, en geen automatische afschrijving van paypal nodig hebt. Laat je niet tegenhouden door de oude reviews. Ik heb het idee dat er in de tussentijd veel is veranderd. Yesterday I rented a vps to run a FiveM server. That was fairly easy and the server is online within a few minutes. Had the server set up, but I got the message that the IP address of the VPS is blacklisted. I contacted an employee via live chat, who responded within 1 minute. He explained how this is and solved it for me within 30 minutes. At this time everything goes well.
