★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk in het begin van de aanvraag, maar zodra er een afwijzing van de bank is word je helemaal vergeten en nemen ze niet eens de moeite om het door te geven dat je aanvraag is afgewezen. Meerdere malen zelf telefonisch contact opgenomen over de status van de aanvraag. Oja deze is afgewezen. De afwijzing is geen punt maar manier waarop een consument word behandeld is heel bot.
Friendly at the start of the application, but as soon as there is a rejection from the bank you will be completely forgotten and they will not even bother to report that your application has been rejected. Several times myself contacted by telephone about the status of the application. This is rejected. The rejection is not an issue, but the way a consumer is treated is very blunt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze organisatie kan geen vrijblijvende offerte sturen, mijn B.V. is nog in oprichting en deze meneer wist mij te vertellen dat ze geen offertes doen want dat heeft geen nut, maar ik wil graag weten waar ik aan toe ben zei ik, ja daar kan ik niks mee was het antwoord.... Je moet maar verder kijken, wij doen alleen complete aanvragen.
This organization cannot send a quotation without obligation, my B.V. is still under construction and this gentleman told me that they do not make offers because that is of no use, but I would like to know where I stand I said, yes I cannot do anything with that was the answer .... but look further, we only do complete requests.
