Gebeld, ingesproken, zou binnen 24 uur terug gebeld worden, is evenmin gebeurd. Gisteravond stopt de bijbehorende slimme gong spontaan ook met werken. Dus: niet tevreden met het product en niet tevreden met de service. Retourzending kan alleen als het product ongebruikt is, maar hoe kan je dan testen of iets goed werkt? Purchased smart doorbell but not getting good push messages. Question by e-mail was answered at first, but no further questions.
