Na openen van verpakking zagen we een deuk aan de buitenzijde van de haard. Dit direct gemeld inclusief foto. Daarna een bericht (30-12-2021) gekregen dat we een nieuw artikel zouden ontvangen. Tot op heden (12-01-2022) nog steeds niks ontvangen, terwijl de levertijd 1 a 2 werkdagen is.
 Ordered a decorative fireplace from Finesse Online Store via Bol.com.
After opening the packaging, we saw a dent on the outside of the fireplace. Reported this immediately including photo. Then received a message (30-12-2021) that we would receive a new article. To date (12-01-2022) still nothing received, while the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.
