T	Thomas Seidenstücker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rechnungsstellung und Arbeiten wurden korrekt ausgeführt. Wegen der Kommunikationspannen vor der Ausführung (siehe unten) und den nicht beantworteten Emails ziehe ich einen Punkt ab. Wurde jetzt benachrichtigt - es gab wohl einen Unfall und jetzt einen neuen Termin. Die Bewertung wird nach erfolgter Arbeit angepasst. Ich hatte vor gut 2 Wochen telefonisch einen Termin zur Heizungswartung in unserem Mietshaus gemacht und diesen Termin anschließend per Mail bestätigt. Gestern hatte ich sicherheitshalber nochmals angerufen um sicher zu gehen, dass der Termin heute klappt, denn ich hatte ja die Mieter informiert. Herr Fink konnte gestern nicht sehen, was dagegen spricht. Jetzt warte ich bereits 45 min. Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen und natürlich hält man es nicht für notwendig, mich zu informieren! So geht man mit Kunden nicht um! Nie wieder! Invoicing and work were done correctly. Because of the communication glitches before the execution (see below) and the unanswered emails, I deduct one point. Has now been notified - there must have been an accident and now a new appointment. The evaluation will be adjusted after the work has been completed. A good two weeks ago I made an appointment for heating maintenance in our apartment building by phone and then confirmed this appointment by email. Yesterday I called again to be on the safe side to make sure that the appointment would work today, because I had informed the tenants. Yesterday Mr. Fink couldn't see what speaks against it. Now I'm already waiting 45 minutes.Nobody can be reached by phone and of course they don't think it's necessary to inform me! That's not how you treat customers! Never again!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Firma, wir freuen uns schon auf unser neues Badezimmer nächstes Jahr :-) Liebe Grüße Fink replaced our heating system in just one day, everything worked out great. Wir bekamen sehr schöne neue Bäder und aus unserer Nachtspeicher Heizung wurde eine neue Gasheizung mit Warmwasser und eine traumhafte Fußbodenheizung. Dank Herrn Fink der sich komplett um das Thema Förderungen kümmerte konnten wir viel Geld sparen und anderweitig ausgeben. We had bought a house at the time and came to Mr. Fink through recommendations. We got very nice new bathrooms and our night storage heater became a new gas heating with hot water and a fantastic underfloor heating. Thanks to Mr. Fink, who completely took care of the issue of subsidies, we were able to save a lot of money and spend it elsewhere. Firma Fink hat uns eine komplette neue Heizungsanlage mir Fußbodenheizung eingebaut. Desweiteren hat Herr Fink unser neues wunderschönes Badezimmer und Gäste WC geplant und seine Mitarbeiter haben es wirklich hervorragend wie gewünscht umgesetzt :) Vielen Dank für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal ! Im ersten Gespräch vor Ort, hatte Herr Fink sehr gute und kreative Ideen für die Sanierung, welche wir auch angenommen haben. Mit sämtlichen Arbeiten, die durch Ihn und seinem Team ausgeführt wurden sind wir mehr als zufrieden. Fachkompetenz, Qualität der verbauten Materialien, termingerechte Ausführung und Preis/Leistung kann man nur lobenswert erwähnen. Es wurde sehr ordentlich und vor allem sauber gearbeitet, vor allem auch nach einer Tagesarbeit. Das Team ist immer gut gelaunt, freundlich und hat ebenso bei Nachfragen von unserer Seite aus kompetent geantwortet. Wir können Herrn Fink und sein ganzes Team uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das wird auch in Zukunft für die neu zu installierende Therme gelten. Unsere neue Heizungsanlage wurde genauso professionell eingebaut wie zuvor unser neues Bad. Also immer wieder gerne. Sein Team war immer freundlich und hat sauber gearbeitet. Missverständnisse die im Projektverlauf immer mal vorkommen können wurden kommentarlos wieder richtig gestellt, also absolut zu empfehlen. We have had our bathroom and guest toilet completely redesigned and are completely satisfied: Mr. Fink had all the only of the 4 sanitary companies that we had ideas on how to divide the bathroom up again and better. His team was always friendly and worked cleanly. Misunderstandings that can always occur in the course of the project have been corrected without comment, so highly recommended.
S	Sneaky Step on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte die Firma Fink mit der Installation der neuen Heizungsanlage und mit der Erneuerung der Bäder beauftragt. Leider gibt es noch Mängel an der Heizungsanlage und bei der Ausführung der Bäder. Die Unterlagen für die Bafa-Förderung sind auch noch nicht erstellt worden. Die Mängel wurden leider auch nicht komplett behoben. Der Kontakt gestalltet sich als sehr schwierig. Rückrufe werden versprochen und nicht eingehalten. Insgesamt kann ich die Firma leider nicht weiter empfehlen. I commissioned Fink with the installation of the new heating system and the renovation of the bathrooms. Unfortunately, the deficiencies were not completely remedied. The contact turned out to be very difficult. Callbacks are promised and not kept. Overall, I unfortunately cannot recommend the company to anyone.
N	Nathalie G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für fünf Minuten Arbeit kam eine Rechnung von über hundert Euro. Nach einer Woche kamen die Fehlermeldungen wieder. Ich ref die Firma an und dachte sie kommen sofort raus. Die Firma hat kein Notdienst und ich bekam ein Termin erst eine Woche später . Keine Rufbereitschaft. Finger weg!! . Eine Reklamation überhaupt nicht möglich. Ich habe dann eine andere Firma kommen lassen damit die Heizung wieder funktioniert. Ich kann diese Firma absolut nicht empfohlen. For five minutes of work I received a bill for over a hundred euros. After a week the error messages came back. I ref the company and thought they'd be out immediately. The company doesn't have an emergency service and I didn't get an appointment until a week later. No on-call service. Hands off!! . A complaint is not possible at all. I then had another company come to make the heating work again. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
