★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas zijn er (en worden er) veel fouten gemaakt bij Fiom en laat de communicatie nogal wat te wensen over, alle goede bedoelingen ten spijt. Veel donorkinderen wijken hierdoor inmiddels uit naar andere dna-banken waar je wèl binnen een redelijke termijn betrouwbare en accurate uitslagen en/of matches krijgt. Het vertrouwen in Fiom heeft bij donorkinderen een forse deuk opgelopen door de intransparante gang van zaken, gemiste en foutieve matches en gebrek aan communicatie.
Unfortunately, there are (and are) many mistakes made at Fiom and the communication leaves a lot to be desired, despite all the good intentions. Many donor children are now diverting to other DNA banks where you do get reliable and accurate results and / or matches within a reasonable period of time. Trust in Fiom has been severely damaged by donor children because of the intransparent course of events, missed and incorrect matches and lack of communication.
