About FIRM24
In 2012 werd in Nederland de Wet vereenvoudiging en flexibilisering BV-recht ingevoerd. Door deze wet werd het eenvoudiger gemaakt om een BV op te richten omdat het voorheen vereiste minimum startkapitaal van €18.000,- kwam te vervallen.
Voor veel ondernemers betekende deze wet niet meteen de “vereenvoudiging” die ze hadden gehoopt. Er was nog steeds een notaris nodig om een BV op te richten en die hanteerde nog steeds ouderwetse tarieven. In 2013 besloten Rick en Martijn (beiden ex-PWC) om die “vereenvoudiging” eindelijk vorm te geven. Het resultaat was Firm24: een platform waar ondernemers terecht kunnen voor de oprichting van hun BV en alles wat daarbij komt kijken.
Anno 2021 worden bijna 2 op de 10 BV’s in Nederland opgericht via ons platform. We weten dus het een en ander over het opstarten en succesvol maken van een bedrijf. We helpen je graag op weg met onze opgedane kennis en ervaring.

Notary also required me to come in-person for no obvious reason - seemingly due to them not being prepared for online services - which wasn't communicated properly prior to the registration process. If I would ever have to register a business again, I would not choose to use Firm24.
