★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte afhandeling van klacht werd niet serieus genomen. Klantenservice vond dat ik maar zat te ‘mekkeren’ over garantie terwijl s nachts apparaat stuk was en bleef afgaan brandweer constateerde een stuk apparaat geen oplossing gegeven.
 Poor handling of complaints was not taken seriously. Customer service thought that I was just "complaining" about the warranty while device was broken during the night and kept going off. Fire brigade found a piece of device had no solution.
