β β β β β Jaimy and Queenie at First Class Housing were friendly, and super-efficient. They responded very quickly and were warm and welcoming on our arrival to view the property. I appreciated Jaimy's advice on choosing an area and a home in Amsterdam with a family. She clearly had a good rapport with the landlady which helped make the process smooth. They arranged for the property to be cleaned and prepared for us to move in within 1 day, so that we could move in quickly.

Throughout the process she has been responsive and flexible, and we really enjoyed working with her. She has done a good job documenting the state of the house at check-in / key transfer, which will likely benefit us for a check-out in the future. I can recommend working with this agency.

All of their competitors can provide you with any information by phone. When u call First Class Housing- they just say "no phone consultation, send us an email". And guess what? They never answer your emails.

β β β β β We had a great experience with First Class Housing specially with Sheila. She was our agent during all the process. She contact us by phone and mail all the times necessary until she was sure we had understood all the papers. She send us an English copy of the contract in so that we could comprehend it and gave us all the time we need to make the decision and sign the contract. During the visit and the day that they gave us the keys she was super nice and treat us with a lot of attention. That day she made check list (and a lot of pictures) with all the damaged things on the apartment to avoid problems on the day we leave. She also has helped us even after renting with new problems on the apartment. A part from all of this she also speaks perfectly our language (Spanish) so the communication was very fluent all the time. Thank you very much for your help Sheila!

I don't think it's the right way to working with customer's but maybe I came up to the wrong person.
Therefore, I'm only qualifying the service I have received from a personal agent.
