★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Topclub, met top-personeel, die je graag willen voorzien van tips, wanneer je dit wenst te krijgen. Ik ben zelf bijna 1jaar lid, en heb inmiddels aardig wat gains gemaakt.
Top club, with top staff, who are happy to provide you with tips when you wish to receive them. I have been a member myself for almost 1 year and have now made quite a few gains.

Voor mij is het een groot pluspunt dat er de mogelijkheid is tot (beperkte) begeleiding vanuit de sportschool, waarbij alle apparaten en oefeningen uitgelegd worden. Verder is er de mogelijkheid tot het laten opstellen van trainingschema's die aansluiten bij jouw doelen en het aantal keer dat je gaat per week.
A nice gym with a good atmosphere! For me it is a big plus that there is the possibility of (limited) guidance from the gym, in which all equipment and exercises are explained. There is also the option to have training schedules drawn up that match your goals and the number of times you go per week.
