R	Ramona Sprenkeling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josanne inspireert. Geen grote gym met allemaal ingewikkelde apparaten en zichzelf adorerende spierbundels. Maar persoonlijke training en support. Zo vind ik fitness geweldig en ga ik thuis ook door. Josanne inspires. Not a big gym with all kinds of complicated equipment and self-adoring muscles. But personal training and support. For example, I love fitness and I also continue at home.

Maar door Josanne sport ik nu met regelmaat, voel ik mij sterk & happy, en durf ik te zeggen dat ik sporten oprecht heel leuk vind! Ik zou fitatelier bij iedereen aanraden omdat Josanne goed kijkt wat voor training bij je past en zorgt dat je met een goed gevoel over jezelf de training verlaat. Sports was REALLY not my thing.. But because of Josanne I now exercise regularly, I feel I am strong & happy, and dare I say that I really enjoy sports! I would recommend Fitatelier to everyone because Josanne takes a good look at what kind of training suits you and ensures that you leave the training with a good feeling about yourself.

Tevens let Josanne heel erg op houding en alignment, iets wat ik niet veel eerder heb gemerkt in de fitnesswereld. Het fitatelier is een een kleinschalige gym en daardoor erg toegankelijk en prettig. Josanne immerses herself in your (sports and injury) background and designs a training especially for you. Josanne also pays a lot of attention to posture and alignment, something I have not noticed much before in the fitness world. The fitness studio is a small-scale gym and therefore very accessible and pleasant.

Ook heb je contact met de andere meiden en zo leer je ook van elkaar. Ik ben SUPER BLIJ dat ik Fit Atelier via via gevonden heb? I live far away and that is why I am coached online by Josanne. It is really great and you learn a lot about healthy food and lifestyle. You also have contact with the other girls and that's how you learn from each other. Staat altijd klaar voor advies en onderbouwd ook waarom ze doet wat ze doet. Dit onderscheidt haar naar mijn mening van andere coaches. I have been working out with Josanne for six months now and I am very satisfied. Has passion and love for the profession and that is reflected in the PT lessons she gives. She is always ready for advice and also substantiates why she does what she does. This, in my opinion, sets her apart from other coaches.
