De oefeningen worden in een langzaam, vast tempo gedaan. Zo krijg je makkelijk een goede conditie, is er een dwingend oog en worden blessures voorkomen doordat er op je houdig wordt gelet. Ideaal zakelijk in te plannen tussen de middag. Geen sportoutfit nodig.
