Zeer ervaren personal trainer die ondanks de Corona de mogelijkheid biedt om (buiten) te trainen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden. Rosita Hagen heeft mij enorm geholpen bij het herstel na mijn achillespeesruptuur. In juli 2021 heb ik mijn linker achillespees afgescheurd en in september 2021 ging de Vacoped af. Daarna begonnen met fysiotherapie bij FitFysiek en in januari 2022 kon ik alles weer pijnvrij en zonder beperkingen doen, zoals voetballen. Rosita is een zeer bekwame fysiotherapeute en heeft mij ook geholpen door dry needling toe te passen. Ik ben zeer dankbaar en kan haar zeker aangeraden.
Very satisfied. Rosita Hagen has helped me immensely with my recovery after my Achilles tendon rupture. In July 2021 I tore my left Achilles tendon and in September 2021 the Vacoped went off. Then I started physiotherapy at FitFysiek and in January 2022 I was able to do everything pain-free and without limitations, such as playing football. Rosita is a very skilled physiotherapist and has also helped me by applying dry needling. I am very grateful and can certainly recommended her.
