★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service voor de klant is extreem slecht. Ik wilde als klant serieus overwegen om over te stappen van Basic-Fit naar Fitklub. Hiervoor wilde ik graag 1 keer bij Fitklub fitnessen om te kijken of dit goed genoeg was voor de overstap. Uiteindelijk kom je bij deze 'geweldige' fitnesscenter aan en krijg je te horen dat je 10 Euro moet betalen. Wat bij bijna elk bedrijf ongebruikelijk is omdat ze natuurlijk klanten willen werven en het dus gratis doen. Hierbij wijzen ze je maar te gaan pinnen in het Centrum van Boxmeer. Ik kan je aanraden gewoon lekker te blijven waar je nu bent want ik raad deze club NIET aan.
Service for the customer is extremely poor. As a customer, I wanted to seriously consider switching from Basic-Fit to Fitklub. For this I wanted to do fitness at Fitklub once to see if this was good enough for the transfer. Eventually you'll arrive at this 'great' fitness center and you'll be told that you have to pay 10 Euros. Which is unusual for almost every company because they naturally want to attract customers and therefore do it for free. Hereby they point you to pin in the Center of Boxmeer. I recommend that you just stay where you are because I do NOT recommend this club.

Nice gym, nice visitors... always have a good time here 3 to 4 times a week for 2 hours!
