About Fitness Center IJburg
Ik ben Paul Groen en sinds 2011 als fysiotherapeut. In het begin heb ik naast mijn fysiotherapie carrière geprobeerd om mijn carrière te maken van atletiek met als grote droom de Olympische Spelen. Dat is het helaas niet geworden, maar ik heb met veel plezier lange tijd op nationaal niveau mee kunnen doen. In mijn werk als fysiotherapeut heb ik er altijd naar gestreefd het beste te bieden aan mijn klant. Dat blijkt het vak synoniem te staan voor een leven lang leren, en dat doe ik heel graag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for a regular workout. Quite spacious, new equipment, all machines you might probably need are available. 4 times a week opens at 7.00 am which is exactly what I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my local gym. It has a lot of new, high quality equipment. They spared no expense on the state of the art equipment. The team at the club are all super friendly and helpful. They are also taking the Covid-19 virus situation seriously in the gym. Everyone gets their own bottle of disinfectant and cloth wipe to clean all equipment after use. Members are diligent as I see everyone using their wipes and disinfectant after finishing up on any given machine.

Staff is mostly friendly and the personal trainer who guided my session was excellent. He showed great professionalism and expertise, which was also reflected in his body shape. To my great luck he could even give me fully VEGAN(!!!) nutrional guidance. Chapéu for providing this fantastic fitness experience ??
