★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very bad service and organisation,enabled to make order from Greece ,sent payment , no contact from them and when i called them after 3 weeks order canceled stated they don't ship to Greece.Although I was refunded, in my account still appears 10 weeks later that payment received,dissapointed.

I paid 2900 euro (including 100euro for installation) on line for an exercise bike. But the planning department contacted me only once (my bad that i left the wrong number) with email and then stopped. I called 4 times from Thursday to Saturday to ask for planning. Your colleagues promised to call me back on Saturday, but didn't. And then today on Monday, I called again and got informed that the product is out of stock. And telling me that you are the only shop which can get this product with this color and i need to wait for 1 month.
I don't think this is the correct way to treat your customer like this. ?. After get the payment, and then forget your customer.
