One day I was Walking by the FQ house and saw a small sign on a door with ‘FIT QUUENS’ and I was immediately drawn to it. I called the same day and I was able to arrange a class to try out. The first class was tough but amazing. I just loved the whole positive atmosphere. Being a part of such an empowering group with no judgements whatsoever was beyond amazing. I felt immediately confident and didn’t need to change anything about myself and just enjoyed the music and the work out! The group is truly empowering. The girls are great and I always feel like I can draw some type of energy from my fellow QUEENS when I get a little bit drained during training. Very supportive and uplifting group! This is definitely for me! No need to look any further.

It's a great environment with women only (ofcourse) and I definitely recommend the personal training! Shirley (the owner) has been helping me so much during my fit journey and also cares about your emotional well being. She is the best =)!

As one of the (amazing) trainers, it is a pleasure to coach & teach and see these amazing queens grow within their confidence. Also want to note: the first time i ever stepped inside FQ House, i immediately felt welcome and at home (which i have never felt before in any other gym). It's such a vibrant place and all the plantbabies make it even better! A wholesome place to get your workout in and be part of an amazing community.
