Kleinschalig met ruimte voor persoonlijk contact. een aanrader! I was really dreading going to the gym. But Fitroosje is a warm bath where you feel right at home. Casual and nice atmosphere. Small-scale with room for personal contact. recommended!

Roos is professioneel, gezellig en behulpzaam, sportschool heeft alle apparatuur voor een goede workout, is mooi en hygiënisch. Top sportschool geleidt door een topdame! Small-scale gym with a lot of personal attention for the customer. Roos is professional, pleasant and helpful, the gym has all the equipment for a good workout, it is beautiful and hygienic. Top gym run by a top lady!

Roos de eigenaar is een super gemotiveerde, relaxte (personal) trainer die juist door het ontbreken van uitgeschreven schema’s de spanning en verrassing in trainingen weet te houden en daardoor wil je juist voor haar meer dan je best doen. Ze beantwoordt al je vragen direct, haar sportlocatie/-school is kleinschalig maar alle apparatuur voor een low key workout t/m wedstrijdtraining CF is aanwezig. Sinds ik bij FitRoosje train, heb ik weer lol in trainen. I missed the opening at the time, but ended up at Fitroosje through a signpost along the Ringdijk. Roos the owner is a super motivated, relaxed (personal) trainer who, precisely because of the lack of written schedules, knows how to keep the tension and surprise in training sessions, so you want to do more than your best for her. She answers all your questions immediately, her sports location/school is small-scale, but all equipment for a low key workout up to competition training CF is available. Since I train at FitRoosje, I have fun training again.
