Ik heb bij het hard lopen een hardnekkige hamstring blessure opgelopen. Hier heb ik zo’n drie kwart jaar mee rond gelopen voordat ik bij Siebrand kwam. Dry Needling is niet echt mijn ding dus in overleg met Siebrand zijn wij gestart met massage. Toen dit niet het gewenste resultaat opleverde heb ik een paar keer Dry Needling gehad. Dit heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik nu weer zonder pijn kan hardlopen.
