★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the fact that I didn't buy my (old) Kettler Crosstrainer here, they were very helpful in ordering/providing/sending spare parts for my crosstrainer, while other shops would not.
This is wat I call great Customer Relations Management !
I recommend this shop and the next time I need something I will definitely buy it here.

Goods were delivered quickly and professionally installed with a minimum of fuss. I have also found the after-sales service to be excellent and efficient. I am so pleased with this that I have recommended both cross-trainer and the company to two of my friends, one of whom has now just bought a trainer for herself.

The device was a showroom model, so no actual assembly took place at my house. But they took the time to explain and demonstrate the functions. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and service I purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitshop provided us with a very good knowledge regarding the elliptical machines overview, thanks to the wide variety they have as well as the good explanation from Fitshop team. The after sales service also went well when there was a manufacturing issue detected, a visit was planned and everything is back to normal again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order keeps being pushed back. It's been like this for my last 3 orders. They make you wait for months. Still waiting. Went to a wedding and funeral. Had a child. Got a degree. Moved house. Still waiting for my order. Hopefully in this lifetime (crossing fingers!)
