When I asked the person on the counter why it is not mentioned that cheese sandwitch also contains beef patty he has no reply and they didn't even offer a replacement. #BadFirstExperience #FiveGuys

The burger is rich in flavour and the meat is just highly fresh, juicy and very organic.I really enjoyed this although i just had two concerns the amount of salt on fries (I'm not that much of a salt person) and some hygiene issues in the eating area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very upset with the delay to prepare the burgers. it took over 40 min, seriously 40 minutes to make a burger. I had my wife with our baby waiting on the car and I asked when I placed the order how long it would take and the cashier told me around 8 minutes. I believe that they were short on staff as only few people was preparing the food and the restaurant started to get crowded. When I placed the order at 17:42 the restaurant had only 3 tables with people waiting, when we got our food at 18:22 the restaurant was already full. Their burger is good, one of the best burger I ate, any city we go that has a Five Guys I often prefer to go there as the food is delicious. but the experience we had today was the worse I ever had.
