In the meantime I sent a couple of e-mails and no response whatsoever. The rating represents the lack of communication to their clients.

Everything I ordered was well packed and no damage. I live far away so this was really good ?
Unfortunately 1 of the items was wrong but they responded fast and we got it sorted. No problems. Great customer service and fast response on email.
