Er vanuit gaande dit kon.
Op het bonnetje staat onderaan geen geld terug.
Er was geen andere optie mogelijk dan tegoedbon.
Aangezien hier zo goed als geen producten zijn die ik gebruik kon ik hier niks mee.
Eigenaresse bleef bij haar standpunt, en leek bijna met trots te kunnen zeggen geen geld terug.
Wat ben ik afgeknapt zeg!

Mijn enthousiasme over deze zaak is hiermee echt helemaal weg.
Kom hier nooit meer terug.
Wanted to exchange my products within max 5 min.
Assuming this was possible.
There is no refund at the bottom of the receipt.
There was no other option than a voucher.
Since there are almost no products here that I use, I couldn't do anything with this.
Owner stuck to her position, and seemed almost proud to say no money back.
How knocked I am!
Bah
My enthusiasm for this case is completely gone.
Never come back here.
