P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij 3,5t camper komt de flat-jack amper 5 cm hoog. Bij navraag laat de onderneming niets van zich horen. Niks 12cm dus! With a 3.5t camper, the flat jack is barely 5 cm high. Upon inquiry, the company will not be heard from. So nothing 12cm!

Ik wil niet meer zonder de FJ op vakantie met de caravan. For the first time I use the flatjack for the caravan and I think it's brilliant. Precisely leveling has never been so easy and then also in a minimum of time. I don't want to go on holiday with the caravan without the FJ anymore.

Na contact opgenomen te hebben met importeur van Flat Jack is er geen oplossing gevonden. Teleurstellend! Wij blijven achter met lekke flat Jack! Too bad I can't give 0. Bought a new flat Jack. Only at the seams was there a quick leak. After contacting the Flat Jack importer, no solution was found. Disappointing! We are left behind with a flat Jack flat!

Daarbij klapte eerst de ene FlatJack en daarna de andere. De leverancier vroeg me ze terug te sturen, omdat het wel eens voorkwam dat er een fabricagefout in zat. Na een week werden er 2 nieuwe FlatJacks thuis bezorgd. Het kan natuurlijk altijd gebeuren dat er iets mis gaat. Het is dan fijn dat zo’n probleem ook makkelijk en snel wordt opgelost. Een prima service dus van dit bedrijf. I had bought 2 FlatJacks for the summer vacation. The first time it worked perfectly. The second time it needed a bit more pressure. First one FlatJack and then the other clapped. The supplier asked me to send them back, because it sometimes happened that there was a manufacturing defect. After a week, 2 new FlatJacks were delivered at home. It can of course always happen that something goes wrong. It is nice that such a problem is solved easily and quickly. A great service from this company.
