★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Amadore hotel Arneville is a nice settlement, just outside the centre of Middelburg. Even though it's next to a busy street, it's hardly noticable inside. During dinner time outside, there's not a lot of Traffic anyway. The hotel is pretty close to the shore, only a 15 minute drive. City centre is only a 15 minute walk. The rooms are pretty neat, with big beds, a complete bathroom and very nice decoration. The lobby is very fancy, but not too much so. The bar is very spacious and seating in the restaurant is plenty. Personell is very friendly and helpful. All in all, this is a perfect stay for everyone at a very, very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average sized rooms for European Hotels. These rooms are clean but feel a bit dated. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet and dinner wasn't bad either. Hotel has a ok bar. I wish they had more beers on tap than the 3 they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved Fully Flexible rate for hotel. Had delay in travel and cancelled 5 days before scheduled arrival. Was charged 60% cancellation fee for entire booked stay of 2 weeks or in excess of Euro 1200. Almost all hotels let you cancel on a fully flexible rate up to same day of scheduled arrival. No clear indication of their definition of cancellation policy on website or in reservation confirmation. I understand you lose if you book a non-cancellable room at lower rate. Hotel not responding. While this may follow Netherlands hospitality industry guidelines for cancellations of weddings, parties, catered events this is a highly unusual practice and one could say unethical and predatory practice for hotels offering accommodation to business travelers. I recommend all business travelers to avoid this small chain of hotels and restaurants. Their competition nearby offers cancellations of fully flexible rate bookings up to day of arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room (suite) was expensive but not properly prepared for our arrival. Children bed was missing and we had to ask for it three times. There was no coffee or thee in the room but there was a watercooker. We had loud neighbors but reception was unreachable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly but stressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and an enjoyable stay.
The staff are friendly, approachable and keen to help their guests. The rooms are clean and tidy.
The food served at each of the evening meals were well presented but of poor quality. I did not enjoy any of the evening cuisine provided. On one evening the meat was cold, the vegetables were served well after the meat was served on the table.
The cost of that meal was deducted from our bill after a complaint was made. The kitchen and waiting staff need to get their act together.
We were charged per person for the room as opposed to one price for room with two people sharing.
Where I live we have a saying that would fit this situation "London prices; Slough service!"
Will not be going back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very nice in the reception also in the restaurant.
Rooms are very, very noisy. There is no sound isolation. You can hear everything from the next room. I couldn't sleep until 2 AM due to the other guests were talking a bit louder.
Rooms are small but nice. The bed is very good.
Bathroom is not bad but needs cleaning.
Breakfast is very good.
Also I had a good dinner. The steak was pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my Stay at Fletcher hotel-restaurant. The breskfast was great except for the fact that It was not corona proof.. having a buffet breskfast require extra measures. The breads and other stuff you should not be able to return after u already touch it, not saying that anyone did but the possibilities was there for those that don't have any regaurd for others.
