★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is good, but the bar closes at 23h. If you want a drink you have to go to the city nearby. Breakfast is good, with a nice selection of everything. The staff deserves thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past we have stayed at several 4-star Fletcher Hotels with an unpleasant experience. When we filed a complaint after our last stay, we received a voucher for a free night stay for 2 persons at one of the Hotels. Because we wanted to book a hotel nearby our house, we booked the Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant De Kempen which was a 3-star hotel. Our expectations were low because of our past experiences but it turned out to be a really nice stay. The room and bathroom were compact but modern and clean. The Wi-Fi connection was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a week, for business purposes nearby the hotel.
My opinion is stated on the room I got, I can't tell if the rest is better or worse.
Its okay'ish the rooms are a bit dirty, mold in the bathroom on the silicone and in the tille cement. The carpert in the room have quastionable dirt spots on it, there is no hvac system no adequate cooling only a table top fan. The breakfast is ok it have bread, yogurts and some fruits, I didn't try the dinner due to the fact I prefer a restaurant in a Centrum with a bit more flair to it.
The rooms are not to small and the beds consist of two small beds combined as a small sized twin bed. The bed is a bit soft in the centre and because of that you roll to the middle of it, the pillows are medium soft it's ok for my liking. There is a mini fridge( including free mold in it) and a t.v. in the room. Aswel as a cupboard cabinet and a clothings cabinet for your jacket etc
The staff seems nice and in busines clothing so it looks more professional.
All with all
Wil I sleep there as a vacation spot, No I think you can get better for the same amount of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is awful. The staff is not friendly at all. The breakfast is limited. No heater in the room (we got flu because of the cold in their room).
I definitely not recommend you this place. It is in the middle of nowhere.
Very discusting place. We will never return there. Beurk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and and warm with generous room size. Maintenance needs more work. Main road either side - hotel is on an 'island' so it's noisy. And no aircon so could be a Big problem in summer if you sleep light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can‘t understand the bad comments about rooms and service. The beds are good, the reception is very polite, everything is clean and yes, the hotel is an „Island in the middle of a street“ but it‘s a quiet street with not too much traffic. There was no minibar in my room, but the restaurant offers beer, wine and water/juice for acceptable price. The Restaurant has a small menu, but well prepared, and it was no problem for me to order something or get an answer to my questions. I don‘t know what people expect, it‘s a medium price holiday/ low price business hotel, offering bicycles, good food, kindly service, clean rooms, good beds. At this pricing I (travelling 30ys, 120-150 nights per year) would never expect air conditioning or fine dining star cuisine. The hotel can‘t close the road neither it can influence the weather. It is what it is: a good medium class hotel for travelers and a good opportunity to spend an evening in a restaurant with good food, enjoying the evening with someone, write some emails, relax. It‘s not Singapore Raffles but not fair to call it dirty, old or bad serviced.
