β β β β β The beds are not comfortable, we had a hard time sleeping. Also a two person bed is just two one-person mattresses pushed together, so youβre forced to sleep on the sides of the bed, otherwise youβll get in between the mattresses. They force you to eat at their restaurant, itβs not allowed to order any food (even though we canβt eat outside because all restaurants are closed). There is also no room service for food available, only drinks (with β¬7.50 additional charge). They also donβt provide clear instructions when checking-in, such as: mandatory use of face masks when having breakfast. We only heard that when we were already at the restaurant. βLuckilyβ, we could buy a face mask for β¬5 at the reception. Not very hospitable. Lastly, no mini bar. Not sure why this is a 4 star hotel.

The hotel deserves fully the 5start rating, as it offers everything from nice design clean rooms, to a nice view, spa, gym and fine dining restaurant. On top of all these facilities the hotel staff is highly professional and customer satisfaction oriented.
I was here on business travel and came back for leisure travel as well. The best deal for your money. After this stay I will not give 5starts very soon for my next stays.

β β β β β Nice and quiet place. Wonderful park around the hotel. Great view of the river. Cozy and clean rooms. Fast internet almost anywhere. You can rent a bicycle, an electric scooter, an electric car. The kitchen is good. The breakfasts are hearty and varied.

β β β β β Located on a very exceptional spot, with an awesome view. Very nice view on the river Rhine. Rooms are well accommodated, bathroom up-to-date, cleaned well. Basic decorations. Breakfast could have been of bit higher quality. Not more but better. And really, you cannot serve grapefruit juice of this quality. That was awful! Check out not entirely flawless. For the rest we had a great stay at your hotel. Thanks!

β β β β β We checked in late. They couldn't find our room. I paid, in the morning was asked to pay again or show a receipt. Quite unorganised. Our group came later, none of the keys were ready, so it took us another hour or so to sort that out. This is a very bad service.
Room was as in photos, view is gorgeous, location is great. However, mattress way to soft, shower needs replacing! Shower cabin leaked so much, it was one big plunge in the bathroom .
Would not stay again. I am sorry

β β β β β Top quality hotel. Service was outstanding. This spot is my wife's preferred hotel in the region. When she escapes the housely monotony, she is at Fletcher Hotel. Brought her to three different locations of the same establishment already. Every time, it feels like holidays, she says.
