★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was bad, room not ready on time... until after 1 hour wait at the reception.. Had to wait longer... Room was not great with two single beds put together as one. And a tiny bed side fan, no airconditioning facility. No place to be during summer period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is beautiful. Food is ridiculous. I ordered a burger and sate. Each 16,50 eur. I did not have high expectations despite the high price. But it was ridiculous. I thought it is impossible to screw up making simple burger. But apparently it is. It was the worse! It also was very small dish. Better get children menu at the nearby McDonald’s!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we came in we thought it would be a nice place, as soon as we got into our room, it was a big dissapointment. Smelled moldy, had dust all over the place. Rusty handles in the bathroom. We felt so unfomfortable sleeping in a room like that. We still gave it a night. We spend the next day walking around, sitting by the pool (which was not at all relaxing, due to a worker on a lawn mower, mowing the lawn for hours.) And the swimming pool was ice cold. But a walk to a castle near by, made us appreciate the surroundings again, until we came back to our room. The smell was so horrible, that we started looking around, we found black mold on walls, curtains, on the carpet and in closets, and at that moment we knew our second night it is either going to be in another room or at home. We went to the front desk and explained the situation, and they told us that maybe if we came earlier, they could have given us another room, but they were now sold out. We then told them we will not be staying another night, the night was not reffunded. After checking out we went online to see if they really did not have any other room to offer us, and to our surprise, they did have about 3 rooms available to book online. We will never book at a Fletcher hotel again. Customer service was not great, food was not great, room was horrible, the only positive thing was the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is outdated and noisy due to thin walls. You actually hear almost everything happening in the room next to you. Upon arrival, we had to wait almost two hours until the room was ready (4:45pm instead of 3pm). Maintenance is lacking (see picture). The rooms are overpriced and don't meet expectations. When sold as 'comfort room', for example, a big bed for 2 is actually nothing but 2 single beds put next to each other with a gap in between. You can't cast to the TV, as the (old) TV would need a cable connection to your device. Same for the restaurant regarding price/quality ratio, as it served average food for a Michelin star restaurant price (3 dumplings for EUR 13,50!). Would not recommend to stay here. The only positive aspect to mention are the surroundings as the nature is beautiful around this hotel.

Hope Netherlands tourism office could check out or at least the Fletcher holding.
