★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was pleasant but the window was broken and I couldn't open it. The staff are polite and friendly. The hotel has a small pub with a TV for the sports season. Has a tennis court as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there only for breakfast. Decent breakfast for 12.50euros. Had croissants, bread, Friesian sugar bread (suikerbrood), hard boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, cheeses and deli meats, yoghurt and a fruit salad. The fresh fruit offering was rather limited. Still, we were able to make a satisfying meal of it. There was a bit of an ant problem by the garden doors. Staff was friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ restaurant is good, hotel is ok, room is on the bad side, lots of spider nets, hanging cables, not really what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The surrounding is calm and relaxing, the personal is friendly. On the other side the internet connection can be improved, the room could be cleaner, and the room appliances are dated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are not as good as the outside. The family room we had (no 303) needed some restoration as, amongst others, 2 of the ceiling panels were broken and the bathroom needed some freshening up. Breakfast was dissapointing as wel, compared to the price of 16,50 euro a person. Very limited choice in freshfruit (actuallyno choice as the fresh fruit only consisted of a bowl with some mixed fruit (so we can't taste that the fruit has not been freshly prepared. There are some nice things on the positive side though. The restaurant is great: good choice and nicely prepared and presented. The service, both of the restaurant and reception are good too. The environment of the hotel is nice too if you're looking for quiet and peaceful surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big room without any ventilation on the bathroom, breakfast was extremely limited and none of this was disclosed when booking the room. Very disappointing. I understand Corona is going on but still I'd like to be informed about what exactly I'm paying for. Otherwise friendly staff but limited services.
4/10 would recommend
