★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very dissapointed in Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Kogerend. We were looking forward to our visit. The code red wearher disaster and storms made it impossible to get there.All the trains were cancelled from Amsterdam.We sat at the Amsterdam station for the whole day but still no way of getting there.We contacted the hotel and told them about our problem.Thinking they would understand because it is not a personal reason not getting there but a nstural storm disaster. We wsnted them to move our reservation to any other night during the next few days. They would not. I think they are not reasonable and would not reccomend them. NOT A FRIENDLY HOTEL AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, good location good breakfast. If you are sensitive with noise the room is not well sound isolated, but the bed are comfortable. Also it is not friendly to people with disabilities. The staff is very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff was the only advantage of this hotel. The rest was very bad based on the money we paid for. Very warm room without a fan and fridge, a tiny bathroom, mediocre breakfast. We came back home with bed bugs which was super disgusting and annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing hotel in Den Burg. Rooms are quite dirty with dead swatted mosquito's on the ceiling and very dusty smell in the room. Bathrooms are even worse, all very moist (with some mold) and ill maintained. Positives are the friendly staff and fine breakfast selection. Main sticking point is the price, you pay for 3 star hotel but get a 1 star student hostel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They had a shed for bikes. The terrasse is nice. But the hotel really need some improvements, very old and basic, no soap in the shower, no coffee machine in the room.

- the bathrooms had mold everywhere, it was absolutely disgusting to take a shower.
- the bath tub was also full of mold and it was not clean, the bath tub could not be used.
- the showerhead was fixed to the bar with tape. So we could not really use the showerhead to wash the hair.
- the shower curtain was dirty!
- there were many scratches in the wall, and as well on the doors.
- all 3 rooms were not cleaned properly, eg there were stains on the floor.
- the curtains had blood on it!
- the breakfast was not fresh and all the fruits were hard or not tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room with shower and toilet was good clean and well organized. For the price, this room was definitely good. clean sheets and hot water all the time. Breakfast was very good, everything was pretty fresh. it is definitely an assaulter for those who want to go to Texel
